Order Packaging

Original art and art prints are shipping in rigid mailers with clear sleeves and backing boards for extra protection. Most of our packaging is made from recycled materials and we encourage customers to reuse it when possible!

Order Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States except digital products which can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Domestic orders may take up to 14 days to arrive; 3 weeks or more for international orders.Tracking numbers with exact delivery dates are provided by email from [email protected] or our printing partners. Select products may be insured and require your signature at delivery.

VAT and Customs Fees

We do not charge VAT and customs fees but our printing partners might. Customers making international orders must pay any additional duties, taxes, and fees.The above fees are not charged for domestic orders, though standard sales tax and shipping costs are added at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because our partners start printing your order right away, we are unable to cancel or refund purchases. We are also unable to exchange products for the same reason, including digital downloads.If you have purchased incorrectly, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct quantity or address. Depending on where your order is in line, our printing partners may approve or deny changes.We are unable to replace orders in this case. Thank you for understanding!

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is missing or arrived damaged, contact us immediately to file a claim with the postal service. Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damaged products.Claims must be filed within 7 days from the delivery date on your tracking number for both domestic and international orders. We can only replace orders for approved claims.

Care Instructions

Original art and art prints should be stored in their clear sleeves until they are ready to be framed or hung on your wall. Want to keep our bright colors from fading? Frame them behind glass and hang away from direct sunlight.

Sharing and Credit

Please credit and tag us as "Jade Johnson Illustration @jadejohnsonillo" or "Jade Johnson Illustration jadejohnsonillo.com" when sharing your order online. We love to see them! Photos may be shared on our website or social media for marketing purposes.

Usage Terms

Jade Johnson at Jade Johnson Illustration owns the copyright and usage of all products, product photos, and product art. Products are for personal use and cannot be edited, reprinted, resold, copied, or used for AI or NFTs.In addition to the above, digital products cannot be borrowed, transferred, or uploaded. Select pages of art books may be shared for review and marketing purposes. Violations and disputes will be handled through the Jefferson Parish court system.
